Excellent staff n services. Well kept property. Awesome Guest handling on arrival. GM Mr Sengupta was extremely helpful n friendly. Mr Sengupta helped getting one suitcase (that was forgotten in their cloakroom) delivered at b'lore airport on the same day thro a Cab coming to drop another guest. It was delivered within 5 hrs of my arrival. Thanks a ton to Mr Sengupta for having organised the same thro his network/ resources which saved me going back by 160 kms/ 3.5 hrs one-way, only to pick up the suitcase. Head Chef was seen personally checking the guests satisfaction level. Good breakfast spread every morning.

Special thanks to Monisha, Devesh, Garv, Swetha, Harsha and Krishna from the Gallery Cafe Team who were consistently cheerful, professional and attentive.

It was like Heaven on earth. The garden, the property with a swimming pool, spa, restaurant... every Thing was wonderful. Huge property with a temple was a perfect walk of the day. People had complained about a train going by the hotel, but I LOVED the sound of the train, its whistle. Plus it only goes by a few times a night for a few minutes maximum. Don't be perturbed by that information.
